In his position of chief operating officer, Larry is responsible for assuring delivery of more than three thousand meals daily to clients in a safe and timely manner by volunteer and staff drivers. He creates and monitors budgets to include competitive price negotiations with all suppliers and courier companies.

He works with the director, nutrition services to manage operations within state and federal standards along with managing and approving program budgets and staffing decisions. He has reduced delivery costs through implementing an upgrade of fleet vehicles funded through donations.

Staying abreast of industry and economic trends, labor laws and market competitors, Larry has helped increase Senior Connections’ market share while maintaining the highest production standards and economic efficiencies.

Prior to joining Senior Connections, Larry has worked in both the profit and non-profit food services sectors.

He attended Nassau Community College in New York before relocating to Georgia.
