DIRECTOR, IN-HOME CARE AND CUSTOMER INTAKE
With a background in both medical billing and customer service, Tiffany Archibald-Hooks oversees Senior Connections’ In-home Care program with an experienced perspective from both sides of the table: service provider and client.
With responsibility for intake services as well, she ensures that the customer experience with Senior Connections is both high quality and efficient. Her teams’ duties include staffing, training, reporting and billing for all in-home clients and determining customer needs for new clients. Most importantly, her group must determine the proper care plan for clients with the help of trained medical personnel.
Prior to becoming a director, Tiffany worked as a manager of one of Senior Connections’ senior centers where she expanded programming designed to promote a healthier life style for seniors. She was also responsible for budgeting and overall operation of the center.
Tiffany attended Georgia Perimeter College (Marketing) and Coppin State University (Accounting) She is certified in CPR, First Aide, ServeSafe and her certification as an Arthritis Exercise Instructor is pending.
