If you have as little
as 1½ hours to give, you could…
- Deliver a Meals on Wheels route out of one of three convenient meal pick-up locations
Meals are delivered daily, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
If you have 2-4 hours of free time, you could…
- Prepare and package meals for delivery to seniors’ homes and senior centers. Meals
are prepared in our central kitchen in Chamblee, Monday through Friday from 6:30
AM until 2:30 PM.
- Work with our Home Repair staff to build a wheelchair ramp,
install a bathroom grab bar, paint or perform yard work. All home repair work is
performed under professional supervision. Home repair projects are best suited to
groups and are available during the week and on Saturdays.
Additional opportunities exist seasonally, including delivering holiday gifts and
meals.
